The order that never arrived

I ordered with the kfc app today around 8pm ant the app the the food will arrive around 8:37pm it was a card payment but they were a no show so I made a call to the customer service around 8:50 because my son was starting to cry and falling asleep to my surprise the ladies said the order was not received but wat puzzles is that m9ney was taking from my account.ant I did explain to her that was the only money I had left now I my son has to go to bed with an empty stomach.the lady just said there's nothing she can do I have wait to be refunded after I was the one who used my very own resources to track down my order with never evn came the lack ov amphty, disregard the have toward their customers is really disappointing.
