THE MOST HORRIBLE KFC SERVICE

I've been dreading writing this review mainly because thinking back to Sunday (13/10/19) really upsets me.

I went to the beach (in blouberg) with my partner and we went through the KFC drive through and ordered. We ordered and were told that we'd have to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to be done. This was at 8PM. AT 8:25PM we were still in the parking lot waiting for the chicken. So I went in where I found the lady behind us in the drive through, complaining to the manager. She went on and on and was very upset and the manager barely sympathized with her or offered her any compensation for the bad service. She then left requesting the owners number to complain to them instead as it wasn't the first time she had experienced problems at that KFC.

So when I spoke to the manager explaining that we'd been waiting 30 minutes for our food. TURNS OUT, THEY FORGOT ABOUT OUR FOOD/ORDER!!! All he said was 'thats not right ma'am' and offered me 3 extra dunked wings and one cup of coke, mind you, we are two people, which was barely compensation for our time wasted. I left the restaurant and got in the car only to find out that they got my order WRONG AND THE FOOD WAS COLD. On top of that, the dunked wings were smothered in so much sauce that it spilled inside the whole bag making everything covered in sauce. SLOPPY SERVICE!

I went back for a second time (wasted more time) to get my order sorted and when I went back, there was another lady complaining that they got her order wrong as well. This is now the 3rd person (including me ) who's order to they got completely wrong, within the 30 minutes of me being there to complain.

What was even worse was, while I was complaining, there were 4 staff members gathered around the manager, speaking in a language that I don't understand (Xhosa) while I was complaining. Obviously they were talking about me.

This is truly the worst customer service I have ever received from KFC and will never support them unless they fix this for me!!!! I AM SO UPSET!!!
