the most horrible attitude

I have never ever been given such ill treatment (FLORIDA ROAD)... we bought the family meal with ice creams one of our ice cream fell we asked for another ice cream, the staff argument ed with us loudly emphasizing that it's not their fault and won't be replaced, we asked for the manager Zone Xola she argued with us and clearly stated it is the company's rule not to replace food. I will never ever go to another KFC this has left a bitter taste in my mouth, I ask every KFC ***** to never go to KFC Florida road
