The Meat tasted like Stove element

Hi, I bought a family meal which was" all in one" at KFC BP Meadowlands. The meat tased horrible, the meal had a funny smell and tasted like an element. This is the socond time this happened which is not acceptable. Now my kids have to eat noodles bcz there was no way that meat could be eatable.
