The KFC in Ikageng Potchefstroom has a very bad service the employees do not acknowledge the customers when entering and you would have to wait on the line while there is no till attendant. It's been over a month where their soft serve ice cream machine not working. I dont think the area manager is aware let alone the store owner as nothing is been done to adress the issue. The number for the store manager or the area manager is not displayed as they normally would for any complaint or suggestion
