The KFC app is a ****

This is a warning to the public to never use the KFC app. What a hoax! A ****! I ordered on the 3rd of November via the app from the Kfc Birchleigh North Kempton Park. KFC cancelled my order saying they did not have drivers to deliver yet they had already deducted the money from my account. I was not given a chance to go to the branch to collect my order since they did not have drivers. I drove to the branch to get my order but I was told that since the order was cancelled I had to place another order and pay in the branch & the money deducted from my account will be refunded within a week. I am writing this on the 17th of November, two weeks later, I have not received any refund. I called KFC customer care number again and they told me I need to go to my bank to get the funds back. This makes absolutely no sense and it is clear that the KFC app is an app designed to rob people of their hard earned cash! It took them a second to deduct the money but it’s taking a lifetime to refund it! KFC I want my money back!
