the food was so horrible stale the person was rude

Today I went to kfc in the pouring rain to get supper this is the reason we stoped buying kfc for so long we have been buying nandos and chick n lickn as the service is better and food taste better. The store I went to is chatsworth center top level kfc the ladys name is abigale she was very rude I asked her how long for the fresh kfc she said 25 mins and told me all is the same I rep**** its not the same she demanded for the money and took the prepacked boxes and gave to me at that moment the lady behind her was filling the warmers with fresh kfc I asked her to pls gve me the fresh 1 she refused and said take ur food and went away her colleuges then laughted at me so I called her and told her her service is terible and its not fair having to buy old food for that price as we been down this road before she went away clicking her tounge snubbing me went home to feed the family supper only to find out was right the chicken was stale and so dry and stiff like its been laying there the whole day it was not suitable for human consumption imagine we paid that price and we had to starve until nandos was delivered disgusting service should ban kfc country wide disgusting food...
