The Food was Horrible

I always get food from KFC Emmarentia, its so close to work and accessible however the experience I've been having is really not pleasant. Last week SW pap they never gave me the gravy, had to call them but my lunch was over, i purchased a SW 1 there was no mini loaf inside, i let it slide. Today i bought Box Master Meal and SW 1 for my friend guess what the fillet is very crispy not edible, i had to order from Nandos, threw the food away (i have pictures) my friends meal did not have mini loaf, why am i surprised because they always do this. When you call they offer to change your meal but forgetting that your time has been wasted, an inconvenience was caused to you. I am very much annoyed because i had to pay for another meal. This is honestly getting out of hand because there is always an issue with them and their shop is not always full. Someone help me understand could it be they just don't care or this is just the service KFC offers to all customer
