The customer is King, but clearly KFC Staff doesn't agree

I had the worse experience in the history of mankind. KFC Ghandi square, I was stunned I couldn't believe that a hungry customer could be treated like that. Myself & my fiancé went to KFC 1 weekday afternoon to grab a bite. And we followed protocol sanitized our hands, our temperature was taken. I went to the ladies not realizing customers are not suppose to use the toilets. Everyone came out of the kitchen to put me out even the guy at the door. I never felt so humiliated in my entire life. I felt so unwelcome my fiancé was in the que ready to order. Stormed out told him we not eating here because, I just got chased out like a dog. KFC Ghandi square never again will you do such a thing to any of your customers. This right here is me putting a stop to it!!!!!!!!!!
