The chicken got away

I just had the worst experience at the KFC Cape Road restaurant. The cashier was nice but I had to wait for close 30minutes for my mean, only to be called by one of the team member to tell me that they don't have meat and I will need to wait for an additional 20 minutes or take whatever they have.... They are rude and very unprofessional... please invest on a training session for everyone even that nicely dressed lady in that store.....
