The absolute worst!

The absolute worst - they debit your account then you wait for 2 hours just to receive 10 notifications that your order has been cancelled then you have to fight for a refund for 4 days just to get another notification that your refund will reflect in 7 to 14 days and their customer care people kill the call when you plead your case - pathetic to say the least!!
