Thanks a lot for the disappointing order KFC!

This morning, just before 10 am I went to your KFC Wanderers outlet (corner Plein & Wanderers in the Johannesburg CBD). I was hoping to order the Streetwise Pap meal and I was told that meal was not available or something like that. So then I asked for the twister fillet at R 39.90. After being told the 'Hawaiian' flavour was not available, I specifically requested the 'sweet-chilli' and 'classic' flavours; what I got was the 'classic' and 'extra' flavours. The order, #365, was processed at 09h57. Both twisters were bland, the fillet tough, the lettuce so little and the twister was not at all juicy. This is unacceptable; thanks a lot for the disappointing order KFC!
