Kfc Phillip nell park last year the 16th of December 2024 de*****ed me with an order ,i ordered 2 large mash and gravies and received 2mediums ,money was not refunded,nor an apology,this has been the 3rd incident in a year they did this ,its been 10months ,they ignore my emails ,they do not want to sirt this out,not even complaining about the , wrong order,received of chicken,and i may not check my order at the window,i must go park in the parking,uf its wrong stand in the que to be rectified,just think of how many customers that they de***** in a daily basis,pocketing the extras for themselves,the staff,even eith previous complaints,nothing happened,to the staff,they are a bunch if de*****ing *******.
