Terrible,Nonsensical,disgusting service

I bought at carnival mall at 18:02 and at 18:45 the food was still not ready Mbali who is a manager didn't even apologise instead she said we should have told her when we went out ,where the hell is that noted on your policy????? Her attitude and nerve to speak in front of my kids that she doesn't understand why I was angry made my blood to boil.She was lucky that she said that nonsense when I was out to get my phone for the order number otherwise I would have lost it and situation would have been something else. That shop's service is terrible and not my first time experiencing such horrible service Why would I not be angry if order was not ready after 45 minutes and others placed after me were out? I would never ever buy from this shop...it's service doesn't even deserve 1 star
