Terrible terrible service! Stay away

Your staff at KFC ferndale are extremely nonchalant and do not value client service. I was at the drive thru just after 9 and had to wait for a whole hour before I could exit. The supervisor Sbu had to be called to the phone multiple times before he could get onto the phone. I had to call the store while at the drive through. The manager Thomas Makau was nowhere in sight. We live in South Africa where hijackings and ******ies are a norm. Instead of your staff focusing on the staff in the store why not live up to the service’s name ‘drive thru’ rather than ‘park in’. The service is appalling and I ended up leaving without buying a thing.
