Terrible terrible service

I visited the KFC brackenhurst today ro place a order or R300, the shop is empty but I had to wait 1hour for 2 sweet Chilli twisters to complete my order how is this comprehendable when you have a full compliment of staff to may a client wait 1hour The service is terrible
