TERRIBLE STUFF

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. we went to the store today and we were served by a Lady Named Precious ( her service was not Precious). This is the 3rd encounter with this Branch, last time asked the cashier to take some of the money from the card and the rest I'll pay cash she then put the whole amount on the speedpoint and asked me to put the pin and i realised the whole amount displayed on the speedpoint screen and I asked her nicely and SHE SAID SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING, next the whole amount was out of my account after she told me she knew what she was doing.THE WHOLE STUFF TALKS ABOUT CUSTOMERS THINKING WE CANT UNDERSTAND.
