Terrible shocking service at KFC Cresta

We went to buy food at the KFC in Cresta, after ordering we sat down and waited for our order. After some time we stood up and went to the counter where we collect our food because we thought are our orders might be ready when we get there a guy by the name of Solly called our order when giving him the slip he started shouting at us that he has been calling our order and we ddnt come, I then told him that we did not hear him maybe he was not loud enough. He continued shouting, I told him that we are not his kids and he is not gonna disrespect us like that, and asked for the manager he said he is the manager and continued shouting. I asked another staff member to call the manager and Siya came, I could not explain my story to hun because the Solly guys was busy shouting at us in front of him. I have never never been respected like this in my entire life, for a second I thought I'm not at KFC I am some where in the streets begging for food. I don't see me, my friend and our families going to any other KFC after this terrible service.
