Terrible Service/Out of stock/sloppy preperation

We purchased 2 Sweet chili wraps, 2 Shakin fries and 1 Wings. The fries were stale and reheated, cardboardy, chewy. The Shakin fries spice was another problem. Only the fruit chutney was available. We visit this branch on a semi regular occasion and they NEVER have the spice we want (balsamic vinegar), and couldn't care less when we ask why that was the case. On one occasion they forgot to give us one of the spices. They also seem to ALWAYS be out of the kit kat crusher, as we have been turned away on at least 3 occasions with that. Secondly, the wraps were absolutely terrible. The wrap itself was not the standard KFC wrap we love, but it looked and felt like a purchased frozen wrap from Pick and Pay, which wasn't even reheated. It was stale tasting and we felt we might as well buy the wraps at the store ourselves. I understand that stock runs out, but that was ridiculous. A company runs on quality and consistency and this branch has neither. Lastly, the wraps were so poorly put together, the filling sunk to the bottom in a mushy pile, with the LEAST amount of chicken I have ever seen in a KFC wrap in my entire life. This was for BOTH? I hope to get feedback. Very dissappointing.
