Terrible Service, not acceptable

I went to the KFC Bothasig drive through. Ordered food for my 98 Year old grandmother at home. I placed my order at12:59 PM. The lady that assisted me named Nthabiseng told me to wait infront and they will bring my order. Waiting infront of KFC, it was taking long so I decided to go in to the restaurant. A pregnant lady had to fetch her order, an elderly lady had to come in and fetch her order. I had to come in and fetch my order waiting 19 minutes for my order. There was 3 bags on the table (which was our 3 orders), nobody came out to give us our orders. Yoliswa didn't even know it was our order as she had to ask around just to confirm our orders. This is terrible service and it needs to be addressed.
