Terrible service money taking no food provided

Went with my two kids and wife to KFC at Phoenix plaza the one by the shell garage to get supper during the course of last week and had a terrible experience, the lady who was taking our orders was terribly rude to me firstly. After paying when going to college my order I asked the person giving me my order if everything was in however to my surprise when we got home they did not include my meal there which was paid for . I purchased the box master with a large mash and gravy. Terrible service they basically took my money for free we had a tiring day and I couldn't drive back they need to sort me out!!! Two weeks prior to this Incident one of the staff at kfc was rude to me while taking my order and raised her voice at Me in front of her manager who's name I think is Krish or something to that effect.
