TERRIBLE SERVICE - MIDDELBURG MPUMALANGA

on 2 January 2026 we received the most terrible service from 2 KFC Branches in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. 1st KFC Aerorand - We arrived there way before losing time on Friday evening. we were in the drive through to place an order. the lady that spoke to us was abrupt and refused to take any order saying that they have NO Chicken Breasts, NO Meals and are closing. We then decided to drive to KFC Middelburg (***en Ntuli Street) when we got there the doors were closed and we again needed to go through the drive through. when we got to order, we were again told they have no Chicken breasts and that we would need to wait. I requested to see the Manager, A lady came out and asked what the problem is, i explained i had been at another KFC and that they also claimed to have no chicken, how is it possible that for a place that sells chicken meals not to have chicken available. The lady stated that it was not true and that they did indeed have chicken, however the lady taking the order stated they didn't, as we were stuck in the queue of the drive through, the lady walked next to our car, when we got to the window, there was a discussion between the lady and the staff inside, they were laughing and making a joke of us. When i stated i wanted the order we placed, they again laughed at us. This behavior is totally unacceptable. we made an effort to support KFC by travelling from the 1st one to another KFC for Food, passing various other take away shops just to be treated badly. I am dead sure nothing will come of this, only that a KFC will definetly not see me again!
