Terrible service kfc meadowlands BP

I've placed an order online yesterday at 18:30. The Uber eats app gives an estimate 19:00-19:40. I called them from 19:30 on the app and it gives you the voice automated response to voicemail. I struggled until 20:45 as my kids didn't eat anything. Eventually at 21:00 I asked my neighbour to take me to kfc meadowlands BP. When I got there four people were on duty. I showed them my order and that time they only started to prepare my order? I asked the manager what's the reason for this mess and he says there were no drivers? But same time I asked why they only started preparing my order when I asked for it he gave me attitude. I started recording a video of this matter and I'm going to load it on social media as well as you tube,they refused to refund me as I waited three hours for my order.....Kfc meadowlands BP is the worst place you can ever go to buy food and I advise everyone,be aware and informed of this place😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
