Terrible Service-KFC Fourways Crossing

I bought a meal that comes with a coke at KFC fourways crossing, when it was given to me with ice-i asked if there was no way it would be sold to me in a buddy bottle instead as i was taking away-I was willing to add more money as i mentioned to a lady called Nsovo,the other lady named Memo , pulled her face and said well i hadn't told her not to add ice-which i rep**** that i was never asked if i'm sitting in or taking away-let alone how i liked my drink...she spoke rudely like i was wasting her time to which i asked the Nsovo lady if i could deal with her instead,she mentioned to me that over and above the R49,I would have to add R15 for the coke,to which i protested as i felt that it wasn't my fault that i wasn't ask questions like other fast food places do including some KFC franchises...i stood there until i asked the lady to bring me someone that could help as she was getting busy,the lady she called from the back named Hlengiwe,yelled back why she has to come to the front-shocking behaviour from someone that's supposedly the manager-she eventually came to the front-with a look you do not give to customers that you a appreciate serving,her face was by all means disrespectful,looked at me in the hair and pouted her mouth like i'm an idiot-The Hlengiwe lady was so rude that my attempts to explain to her that it's the principle and money wasn't an issue as they now apparently needed R5 from me,dropped from the R15, i tried to explain how important it is to treat customers with respect-lady did not budge-i further said you don't know who may walk through-that door from mystery shopper etc,which i made clear that i am not-i'm still in shock although this happened on Friday afternoon...I tried so hard to earn atleast this lady's respect as the store is in my neighbourhood,i doubt i will ever go back or recommend anyone close to me to go there, i gave her R20 and told her that i will not be taking the coke as money was not the actual issue-to my surprise she took the R20 over and above the R49 that i had paid for the meal,which eventualy had no coke-She didn't even try to fix the issue-Saddens me that some frachise Fast food places are run like ****a Shops-Worse when actual owners oer management do absolutely nothing about it..I hope that R20 makes that Hlengiwe lady rich and she can stop tarnishing other people's brands...Memo and Hlengiwe belong in the same ****a shop actually-Thanks to Nsovo for trying her best to assist me although she couldn't completely.
