Terrible Service KFC Croydon new PnP Centre

Horrible service at the KFC at the new PnP Centre in Croydon . Only car in the driveway but get told the food isnt ready, so we need to reverse so the sensor does not pick up there is a car. Then none of the additionals are with the food such as spices and the food was old
