Terrible service - KFC Cosmo Junction

I am so appalled by the service (lack thereof) that I received from KFC Cosmo City Junction. I bought the zinger nugget box meal for R54.90 and they didn't give me my dipping sauce. My boyfriend had to go back to ask for it and they refused to give it to him, saying that the meal does not come with a sauce. Which is clearly wrong as it explicitly says it comes with a sauce even when you look online. Furthermore I have bought it in-store before and it came with a sauce.

I eventually went back myself and was met with such bad attitude from Vuyo (the person who took my order) and Karima who work the register. They again refused to give me the sauce and Vuyo took my receipt and threw it away. The level of disrespect and frankly just awful customer service. Manqoba who is apparently their training manager also weighed in and too refused to give me the sauce. When I said that I will have to escalate the matter I was told, "go ahead!" with a smirk.

To think that all they had to do was give me my mere dipping sauce but instead chose to ridicule me is a bad reflection on how KFC trains it staff. I'm not impressed at all.
