Terrible service in KFC Crishanni Mall

Review: Terrible Service at KFC Crishanni Mall I had one of the worst experiences at KFC Crishanni Mall. I spent an incredibly long time waiting in the drive-through, with absolutely no assistance or communication from anyone. After waiting far too long, I decided to walk into the store—only to find that there was not a single staff member at the counter. All of them were behind, seemingly unaware or unconcerned about the customers waiting outside. I eventually had to call one of the staff members, Alani, and suggest that they take customers’ orders at the counter or through the drive-through and then deliver them to the parking lot to save everyone time and frustration. It’s disappointing that as a customer, I had to make that suggestion myself just to receive basic service. This kind of poor organization and lack of customer care is unacceptable, especially from a brand as well-known as KFC. I truly hope management addresses this issue and trains the team to handle customers with more efficiency and respect.
