Terrible service from staff

I feel the one star rating is too much, the service in Kfc Qumbu is really bad. Their staff are I'll mannered and their chicken is always burnt. I have ordered the Allstar Box meal twice from them, the first time it had only the allstar burger and one tiny wing, with no chips or chicken. The second time almost everything was in the meal but the hot wings were missing.

It is now 08:22 and I just called to make an order, they answered and said they are not opened, when I asked why aren't they opened I was told "haybo sisi" and whoever I was talking to hung up on me. Their trading hours start at 08:00.
