TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SHIFT MANAGER JULIA

went and bought the 5+5 special 11/02/20 the order was ready before i even finished paying even said to myself wow that's service! only to get home and get a suprise the chicken was cold and dry and no wings included. since well am staying only a few minutes away from the franchise i went back to complain about the chicken and the wings. i told the nice lady that was assisting me the she called the shift manager Julia who was just rude she came back with the 5 wings and said here are your wings .No apology and nothing about the cold and dry chicken.
