Terrible service from KFC Parklands

What a horrible experince I’ve had with the Kfc in Parklands... it’s one thing to make a mistake with an order but its a totally other thing to make me pay for the staff mess up... yes it was only R20 difference but the principle of the situation is completely wrong. Even after i paid the difference i still didnt walk out with the order i placed and paid for. I was one of three customers at the time so there was deffinitely no busy rush to allow for those kinds of mess ups. The food we eventually got was messy and carelessly packed sauce all over the outside buns... definitely not happy with the service of the staff.. I wish i could say this was the first time i’ve felt this way about KFC
