Terrible service from KFC NEWLANDS

I’m quite disappointed, I’ve been supporting kfc in newlands ( Durban ) for such a long time. I’m currently sick. I go to buy mash gravy and chips because I can’t eat anything solid. There was plastic found all over in both my mash and gravies. And the chips were hard. The disappointment and disgust I felt is honestly ridiculous. As a reputable business, you would assume they would check everything when dishing up.
