Terrible service from KFC in Melbos

My wife and I went to KFC in Melkbos today, and had the worst experience we've ever had at a KFC.<br> <br> Instead of one person fulfilling the orders, and another taking new orders, they had 2 people fulfilling orders and NOBODY taking orders for more than 15 minutes. As a result of this, a massive queue of people wanting to place orders formed. After waiting more than 15 minutes just to be able to place our order (we were fortunately at the front of the queue), we were informed that they didn't even have Zinger sprinkles, so we couldn't even order what we wanted and our time was completely wasted. The manager was just sitting on the phone the whole time instead of doing something to rectify the situation. When we complained to her, her excuse was that half her people didn't turn up for work today. Quite frankly that is an unacceptable excuse, and she needs to be trained on how to run her store better.<br> <br> We then went to KFC in Sandown in Parklands and it was a complete contrast. We had the best service we have ever had from a KFC. They had what we wanted and they made sure our orders were correct, and were vert friendly. Perhaps Sandown need to train Melkbos on how to give proper service.
