Terrible service from KFC contact centre

I placed an order online, I realised it was collection instead of delivery I called the call centre immediately and I was taken from pillar to post. I eventually spoke to Lawrence in the “delivery” department and he advised their system is down I will receive a cancellation notification till today! Nothing! KFC May I please have my hard earned money back
