Terrible service even worse food

This is the second time I order from the kfc the crescent on Uber eats. It’s 11 in the morning and I get chicken which isn’t fresh. It’s hard and dry and the chips are from God knows when.

I ask for a 1litre sprite and they give me 440ml. It’s pathetic because I paid full price for food that was probably made long ago. And I complained before and didn’t even get an apology. Our whole company is no longer ordering from there as I’m not the only one who’s had similar experiences
