Terrible service

If i could give no stars I would. I ordered 23 buckets on Wed the 28th of July at the KFC howard Centre. Taking into account the amount of chicken and that they may need time to prepare. I spoke to Jeremy and confirmed the order for collection at 12pm on the 4th July. We went to collect today at 12 only to find that no order was placed as he lost my contact details to confirm and then we were told to come back at 13:30. got back at 13:30 and Sibusisio says it will take another 20 minutes. It is now 13:57 and still no chicken. Other customers are being serviced and we are still waiting for our order. This is pathetic and we will never order from them again.
