Terrible service delivery at KFC Welgelee Wellington

I went to KFC Welgelee Plein, Wellington a few moments ago to try out the new chutney zinger burger, the service was pathetic, the lady taking the order, Caroleen took our order-well only half of it and did not inform us that she was done with the order and what the total amount payable is, so we can move to the next window, when we asked if we can go ahead, she said yes. I confronted her asking why she didn't say we can come to the next window, well, she was busy with another client, although when I came around the corner their was nobody at the last window! The final straw was when I arrived home and there wasn't a single chilli salt in the packet. And the manager is never there, always at home! Does this place even have a owner, because all of this is partly their fault, because there is never a manager or owner present, so anything goes!!! Next time I will just go somewhere else
