terrible service, clients being ignored

I hereby advise the community to check their order properly especially when they make use of Mr Delivery service. KFC in Wanderers Street charged me for the coleslaw requested in my order was not there and and a person called Ukuhle told me that my complaint has been escalated but till date I never heard anyone from KFC
