Terrible service

I'm very disappointed with the service I received today from kfc, Birch acres mall to be exact. I ordered online, payed but no communication whatsoever from them. After 2hrs I had to use my own airtime to call and enquire with no clear answer. When I check on the App it says completed. It's been 3hrs now, I'm still waiting and no one is answering the phone. What a waste, I even lost my appetite. 😡😡😡
