Terrible Service

I ordered a meal on the 30th which was never delivered i than went on the live chat that very same day to report that i had not received my order. A agent called Neo Wesi informed me that he has escalated my refund which i should get with 14 days i enquired a couple of days after than also requested a call. Today is the 19th i have not received both my refund and the call i was promised
