Terrible service by KFC!!!

So last night I decided to try out KFC online, I registered and placed an order for delivery, time of delivery was 19:35. At past 8 my order still hadn't arrived so I called KFC Boskruin to follow up, I was casually and unapologetically told that they don't know when the driver will come, if he'll even come so I should rather come and collect my order. I had no interest in doing this but because I had paid for this food and the delivery cost I had no choice but to fetch it. When my husband got there he experienced the same thing I experienced during my telephonic conversation. No one apologized for the inconvenience, they didn't even know that we paid for everything online. So we paid for delivery but we collected, so we paid to collect and also used our own petrol. I couldn't even enjoy the food after this experience.
