Terrible service at Silverton KFC (Van Wyk street)

On the 22 June 2022 we went to the KFC in Silverton on the corner of Pretoria road & van wyk street. We placed our order by the cashier in the drive thru (15 piece bucket), we paid and drove to the next window. Just for another employee to tell us we must wait 20mins for chicken. We asked why didn't the cashier tell us this before we paid. They said she never asked them if there is chicken ( she must have assumed there is chicken, since that's what they sell ), we then asked her can she rather refund us because there is another KFC in the same road, she then called the manager who then said she is sorry and can we just wait out side so that the people behind us can get their orders. She will give us 2 cappuccino free for the wait ( that was 10mins after paying) and that she will ask security to bring us our order.

We went to wait outside, after about 20 mins of waiting outside we went back to the window to find out what's happening with our order they said they going to send someone now to bring our order. We then returned to wait in the car for about 10 mins before going back to the window. Wen we got to the window again they said just wait they just want to finish these cars orders, wen we demanded to speak to the manager again there was no manager that we could speak to wow ( now who were we then speaking to earlier). By this point we were waiting almost a hour, 1 of the employees came to the window with our money and said bye.

KFC Silverton has very bad service and no manager We will not be supporting them ever again
