Terrible service at Paledi Mall KFC

<p>I experienced a very terrible serv ice at kfc Paledi Mall on Sunday 06 August around 19:oo.I was on a drive through buying 2 packs of streetwise two..I was specific on what i want but guess what!!!! they decided to do as they please and they didnt even show remorse of what they did.They even offered to give me refund and their manager Shorley was encouraging their bad behaviour and bad service.I will never ever set m y foot there ever again...I will also make sure my family,my close friends and my community know about what i went through there</p>
