Terrible Service at KFC Constantia Kloof

Terrible service. I ordered my food 2 hours ago, and every time I phone to ask when they will be finish, they push it by another hour! I can't go pick it up, because it is already on the delivery system, and it is lockdown as well. I want my food!!! It was my last money to buy something nice for my 4yr old!
