Terrible service at KFC Commercial Road

We placed an online order with KFC Commercial Road (which we paid for online) and arrived at the outlet at 10:30. We were told they cannot process our order because they are in a staff meeting. The manager then offered to double our order if we were willing to wait 30mins. Almost an hour later they still didn't prepare our food and was not willing to double our order anymore after making us wait an hour. The service itself was also terrible and the staff are rude. We won't recommend them to anyone and will rather choose a further outlet next time.
