Terrible service at kfc

Such disguisting service recieved from KFC Address: Cnr Tynira &, Nyara St, Motherwell, Gqeberha, 6211 , late last year I had bought 9pieces of chicken and got home it was 7pieces . So last week same incident when I bought their Tuesday 6pieces special and I got home it was 5pieces, so I decided to go back there and speak to the manager by the name Mihlali. This lady told me straight to my face that there is nothing she can do about it however she will look at the footage and check what had happened and give me a call the following day . It has now been 5days zero communication from them which clearly indicates they dont care about customers complaints.Iam beyond disappointed as KFC is one of my favourate take away the idea of never going to their store because of this treatment is disheartening.
