TERRIBLE SERVICE AT KFC

We have quite often in the past stopped at this store, as it is easy accessible. I have however had some distasteful experiences here, and Saturday evening's experience just topped all and I decided to inform you.<br> We entered the KFC at about 22h10. Stood 15 mins before being called to be assisted. Only one lady worked at the order counter, and she had absolutely no rush in her. The store is dirty, untidy, and has a negative hygienic feel to it overall. I have taken photos, and should anyone from your company wish to see them, I will gladly forward. The counter was full of stock - glasses and straws and plastic bags & s****s. Dirty chairs and tables, we didn't even want to sit. The sauces used for milkshake / ice creams were just lying around on the counter, dirty and between wet dishcloths. <br> As previously mentioned, this is not the first time. A person (well I) also has an unsafe feeling going in here. The whole parking area has no lighting, and some distasteful characters have approached us several times. This whole experience of ordering take away's, took us 35 mins. Our food was cold, as some of the order was ready and packed, and the rest was still being made.
