Terrible service and waiting time

Absolutely terrible service. Staff doesn't know how to deal with customers. I placed and paid order at 20:36 (3rd car in drive thru 2 customers inside) got to the collection window at 20:50 just to hear there is n 9min waiting time on my order of 20 dunked wings 2 snack burgers and a dunked burger. (Same story for several customers on various orders) i was asked to wait in parking area they wil bring the food out as soon as its done.. Finally recieved my food at 21:10..
