terrible service and tasteless chicken
<p>After not having kfc for a while i was looking forward to it as i decided to buy two streetwise 3 meals for me and my husband, but after tasting the chicken i was so dissapointed i longed for dat unique taste, the chicken was tastless and the drumstick was black inside, i had to give the chicken to the dogs. The service was bad enough but standing in a long line for that meal was definetly not worth it..vangate mallz kfc has da worst service and the chickens not at all good...a huge dissapointment</p>

Good Day, I have recieved a call from wendy last week regarding my complaint I would like to thank her for the call, and for apologizing. I went by the store yesterday and collected my refund, the manager that helped me was very unfriendly. just gave me the streetwise 3's and that was it. Thank you to wendy who apologised and tried to make things right I was satisfied with the chicken, only thing that was quite upsetting was the unfriendly manager but nevertheless I was satisfied, I do hope that Vangate Mall's KFC staff improves their service though.
