Terrible service and not worth the wait

Last night (05.05.2015) at 8:05pm i went to your sunninghill branch to buy 8 wings and a crunch burger, decided to use the drive through and when i ordered the lady advised me that it will take 15 min and said its fine, got to the front of the shop an see there is alot of people waiting for thier food. after the 15 min i went in to get my food and the lady advised me that it almost ready an will be there Now Now, im sure url dont train them to speak to customers like this after another 30 min i got my food, that was a total wait of 45 min, got home and opened the food an was more dissapointed than the wait, the wings was extremely small, looked like chick wings, it was dry extremely dry and was over cooked, it didnt have any hot wings coating like it normally does, it seemed l
