Terrible service and no quantity

Hi I was second in the line and had to wait a long time to be helped. Then I order a streetwise 5 and they tell me if the meat is done they are not making more. Got there after asking 4 times that my pieces are right I got drum sticks and wings and my suppose to be large chips is not even half filled (counted 7 chips) and the cooldrink was also not what I asked for. Very unhappy with this service. Other customers were also talking to me about how slow the service was and how bad the attitude was.
